The Parent Trap

A+ opening credits. 

The Parent Trap (1961) starring Hayley Mills, Maureen O'Hara, Brian Keith and Joanna Barnes.

It's great and the remake is great (I forgot just how similar they are). I know people are just craaaaaaaazy about Mean Girls (and it is good), but I think The Parent Trap was Lindsay's shining moment.

One of the few moments that didn't end up in the remake.

I never went to summer camp - when you actually live in the area where other kids travel to go to camp, it doesn't really make sense. 

I also think that it would have really stressed me out and I wouldn't have enjoyed it in the slightest. 

I love the detail of the girl who doesn't want to leave her skunk behind at the end of the summer.
